You will need the last 5 years of residental and employment history
Step #3 - Submit Supporting Documents - Click Here
Sumit you certificate of training and any additional paperwork as needed
Step #4 - Follow Fingerprint Instructions
After you submitted your online application to DPS and paid the fee, you will receive an automated e-mail from IdentoGo, the service provider for DPS for fingerprinting.
Setup and schedule the appointment and enter the service code that was provided to you.
You should have received your Service Code in an email when you completed your application online
